One number, in writing.
No "it depends." One number, in writing, the same day.
Rather talk it through first?
Fifteen minutes on the phone. You leave knowing what it costs, what is in it, and what I would actually build.

What you'll get back.
A flat rate
$2,500 covers the six page build. A shop, online ordering or a bigger site is quoted separately, and you get that number before anything starts.
Two build days
They go in the calendar the moment your photos and words are in. Not "four to six weeks" forever.
An honest opinion
Including when the answer is "you don't need what you're asking for," which happens more than you'd think.
No pressure
No expiring discount, no follow-up sequence, no calling you at supper.
The briefing
Five minutes. Enough for me to come back with the scope and the price. The rest comes later, in a document I send.
Pricing questions
What it costs.
How much is it?
$2,500 flat. Six pages, your words, your photos, a quote form that emails you, click to call, live in two days.
What if I need more than that?
A shop, online ordering, a booking system or a much bigger site is a separate build with its own number, and you get that number before anything starts. The $2,500 never quietly becomes four grand.
Are there monthly fees?
$100 a month for hosting, the domain, security, backups and me keeping it running. Month to month, thirty days' notice. You own the site once it is paid.
Can I pay in installments?
$625 to get started, then 25% a month for three months. It is live long before you finish paying for it.
What if I only want one page?
Say so in the briefing and I will tell you straight whether it is worth doing. Usually it is not: the service pages are the ones that get found.
